What is your Shipping Policy?
MYCOSWEET ships free for subscribers and individual orders $60 or more, anywhere in the continental U.S. via USPS, UPS, & FedEx. You can calculate the cost of shipping on the checkout page! We usually process orders within one business day, and delivery within the US typically takes 2-5 days. After your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation along with the tracking information. If you would like to make any modifications to your order, including to the shipping address, please contact us by email (help@liminallife.com) as soon as possible after placing your order. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed/fulfilled we are unable to make any further adjustments or changes.
What is the return policy for MYCOSWEET?
Since MYCOSWEET is made of consumable food-grade ingredients, we maintain a strict health code and are not able to accept returns. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact help@liminallife.com and we will do our best to make things right.
